The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Director who wants to take ownership of our sales efforts and help shape how we grow. You’ll lead our sales activities, work directly with customers and partners, and build a small but effective sales team over time. This is a practical role where strategy and execution go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do

• Set direction for our sales and turn ideas into action

• Drive revenue growth together with a small, motivated team

• Work directly with key customers, distributors, and partners

• Find new markets, use cases, and opportunities for our products

• Team up with marketing and product development on launches and pricing

• Keep an eye on numbers: targets, forecasts, and deal pipelines

• Represent the company at customer visits, demos, and trade shows

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading sales in a B2B tech or hardware company

• Comfortable selling complex products and building long-term relationships

• Used to working both strategically and hands-on

• Experience with international customers and/or distributors is a plus

• Clear communicator and natural team player

• Happy to travel when needed

• Fluent in English; Swedish is a bonus, not a must
